The WWRP is the largest source of local parks funding in Washington, helping communities fund the acquisition, development, and renovation of vital recreation areas and green spaces.
Project Highlights
Project purchased approximately 280 acres of second growth timberlands in the heart of Bainbridge Island for the purpose of preserving critical open space, Urban Wildlife Habitat habitat areas, and land for future recreational and trail development.
