The City of Lake Stevens will use this grant to develop a multi-use turf athletic field, four pickleball courts and associated parking at Frontier Heights Park, located at 8801 Frontier Circle W. in Lake Stevens. The primary recreaiton opportunity provided by this project will be improved public outdoor recreaiton.
