Fees & paperwork have been submitted to Skagit County to amend the zoning on the newly acquired land, currently zoned RR, to OSRI to align with the zoning on the rest of Deception Pass State Park. Gates were fabricated and installed to prevent vehicular access and dumping on the new parcel. The new western line has been surveyed and staked.
