The WWRP is the largest source of local parks funding in Washington, helping communities fund the acquisition, development, and renovation of vital recreation areas and green spaces.
Project Highlights
The City has completed the project for the Phase I improvements to Berryman Park. The project included: installation of a new CXT restroom, construction of a new picnic shelter, installation of a new playground with resilient surfacing, upgrade and resurfacing of existing sports court, general site improvements including fencing around sports court and playground, development of an ADA accessible pathway to connect all facilities, installation of a new sign, construction of retaining wall around new playground, improvement and signage for an ADA parking space and relocation of power to underground.
