Project Highlights
This project is for the development of a 1.5 miles segment of the Interurban Trail extending from the City of Everett in Snohomish County to King county. This segment of the the trail will stretch along the Snohomish County PUD corridor form 212th Street SW to 228th Street SW. The master planning efforts of this trail date back to the mid 1980’s when the cities of Mountlake Terrace, Lynnwood, Everett, and Snohomish County and the PUD began master planning a regional trail system. The various elements of the project include site preparation, storm drainage, erosion control, interpretive and regulatory signing, a 12′ wide paved asphalt trail, seven road crossing with barriers and signing, gates, fencing, a trail underpass, and various trail amenities.
