Project Highlights
This project is for the acquisition and development of a 12 mile, multipurpose trail system that connects 55 acre Lucia Falls Park and 354 acre Moulton Falls Park on the East Fork of the Lewis River and DNR’s Cold Creek Campground. The Lucia to Moulton Falls segment covers 3 miles and involves a 12 foot wide asphalt trail with flat contours. The cold Creek segment covers 9 miles and involves a 4 food wide natural trail. Cold Creek Campground provides handicapped accessible trails, picnic tables, and viewpoints. Cold Creek Campground also serves as a trailhead for the 30 mile Tarbell Loop Trail.
