Planned development includes a multipurpose play field, children’s play area, hiking and bicycle trails, picnic areas and other park facilities. The parcel is ideally suited as a neighborhood gathering place with ample acreage to allow group activities.

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
