Join the Washington Wildlife and Recreation Coalition, the City of Snoqualmie, and community members for the Centennial Fields All-Inclusive Playground grand opening. The City of Snoqualmie used a WWRP Local Parks grant to develop an all-inclusive regional 10,000-square-foot playground at Centennial Fields Park. Improvements include 15 play equipment pieces (including tactile and musical play equipment) all designed to provide wheelchair access and assist other impairments. This grant also funded perimeter fencing for safety and parking lot improvements to designate additional handicapped spaces. The primary recreation opportunity provided by this project is a universally accessible outdoor play experience.
