This project will improve facilities at Sun Lakes - Dry Falls State Park located in Grant County. Proposed work includes: 50 new campsites, 35 with utility hookups; constructing two camp restroom/shower facilities; developing exterior displays/interpretive panels at the Dry Falls Visitor Center; providing universal access vault toilet facilities at the Visitor Center, and developing a day use area at Dry Falls Lake, including a parking area and an accessible vault toilet.

Location

The project location is within Sun Lakes/Dry Falls State Park on State Route 17, approximately 7 miles southwest of Coulee City, all within Grant County, Washington.

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
