Purchase five acres of inholdings at Fort Casey State Park between the park and lands owned by State Parks on Keystone Spit on Whidbey Island.
Location
Three miles from Coupeville on Whidbey Island. Take the Anacortes/Whidbey Island exit (#230), and drive to the Whidbey Island turnoff. From there, proceed south on Hwy. 20 to Coupeville. The park is just past the Camp Casey barracks on the right.

What is the WWRP?
The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
