Representative Vicki Kraft is holding a workshop to help people apply for Washington state grants:
Excerpt: “When the Washington Legislature concluded the last of three special session over the summer they failed to pass a two-year capital budget, which would have provided $4 billion in funding for projects across the state.
But state Rep. Vicki Kraft, R-Vancouver, remains optimistic about the prospects of a capital budget being passed in the relatively near future. She’s so optimistic that she sent out a news release announcing that she will hold a workshop next week to help local governments and nonprofits identify and apply for grants from the capital budget.”
