For years the Kirkland consultant has trekked to the Kenmore park. Rain or shine, she hits the trails three times a week. But because of a state budget fiasco she worries that her beloved state park might face drastic cuts. The $4.2 billion capital budget remains in limbo after a stalemate in the Senate.”
