Another WWRP Local Parks project success!
Excerpt: “Chris Young, community and economic development director for the city, explained to the Arlington City Council Sept. 26 that the proposed project’s $600,000 pricetag comes from a $250,000 state Recreation and Conservation Office grant, plus $350,000 that Mayor Barbara Tolbert requested from Snohomish County.”
