SEATTLE — The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Funding Board awarded around $9.1 million in grants for 21 projects that conserve working farms and forests and improve recreation in the state.
That includes $500,000 each for an addition to a boat house on Green Lake in Seattle, development of an eight-acre Civic Park in downtown Edmonds, and renovation of the 18-acre Lincoln Park in one of Wenatchee’s underserved areas.
