Ellensburg will apply for WWRP funding to create a splash pad for the community.
Excerpt: “The Ellensburg City Council on Monday gave staff the go-ahead to pursue grant funding for a splash pad project. The project will be built at the North Alder Street Park, which opened in 2013. The splash pad is listed on the master plan for the park and was identified as a high priority project in the 2016 City of Ellensburg Park Plan.”
