Danica Johnson joins the Coalition as the new Communications and Marketing Coordinator
Danica Johnson joined the Coalition in June 2016 as the new Communications and Marketing Coordinator. Danica brings six years of communications experience and a deep passion for outdoor recreation to the job.
Olympia-raised and UCLA-educated, she spent four years working on low-income federal policy and communications in Washington DC. Since moving back to the Pacific Northwest, Danica has worked at the Washington State Legislature, as Public Relations Manager for an international vegan protein powder company, and as a vinyasa yoga teacher. In her spare time, Danica enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading, writing about social justice, and hanging out with friends (both human and furry).
