State Parks

The Coalition is currently asking the state legislature for $100 million for the  Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) in the capital construction budget.

WWRP State Parks grants fund the expansion, development, and creation of Washington State Parks and campgrounds.  A minimum of 50% of the funds in this category must be used for acquisitions.

Since 1990, the Coalition has secured over $78 million for state grants to for 95 State Park projects in Washington State.
