The Northern Light covers the project tour organized by the Coalition and Whatcom Land Trust. Representative Sharon Shewmake, Representative Luanne VanWerven, and staff from U.S. Representative Suzan DelBene enjoyed a tour of the WWRP-funded California Creek project in Blaine. The Blaine-Birch Bay Parks & Recreation District will build a small park and kayak launch at the site.
