The WWRP is the largest source of local parks funding in Washington, helping communities fund the acquisition, development, and renovation of vital recreation areas and green spaces.
Project Highlights
This project constructs and supplements a variety of day-use recreation facilities in the 234-acre Vancouver Lake Regional Park. Existing facilities at the park include a swimming beach, picnic tables, barbecues, and fishing access. The park serves a county population of 270,000.
