Project Highlights
The City of Newport used this grant to develop a spray park within Newport City Park located on the southwest corner of 1st Street and Calispel Avenue. The project allowed the City of Newport to expand its capacity for aquatic based recreation opportunities. The primary recreation opportunity provided by the project is a spray park. This project created by development a 3,931 square foot zero entree water feature spray park with ADA accessible parking/pathways and park furniture.
