The WWRP is the largest source of local parks funding in Washington, helping communities fund the acquisition, development, and renovation of vital recreation areas and green spaces.
Project Highlights
Ferry County will use this grant to fund development of Hesse Park, a property of the City of Republic. Project work will include installation of a pump track with an outer flat track, a covered pavilion, fencing, a storage facility, landscaping, and associated utilities. The primary recreational opportunities provided by this project are active and passive recreation in a forested park.
