These grants help our state continue to develop our world-class parks system to share our cultural heritage and natural treasures with all of its visitors.

Location Details

Go west on Hwy 302 from Purdy (Pierce County) to Longbranch Road. South on Longbranch Road to (veer right) Jackson Lake Road. Travel Jackson Lake Road to 32nd Avenue KPN (Private road). Turn on 32nd Avenue to 190th Ave KPN (Private road). Travel approximately 1/4 mile to 'Y' in the road. Take left 100' then right to locked gate. Access is unmarked.

What is the WWRP

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
