The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife used this grant to close and abandon two roads that run along streams in the Colockum Wildlife Area. Crews installed berms to 1.75 miles of Stray Gulch Road and 2.5 miles of Tekison Creek Road, closing them to motorized vehicles. The roads remain open for hiking, horseback riding, and other non-motorized uses.
