Construction of 3.2 miles of the Woodard Bay Access Trail, located in Thurston County, with signing, vehicle barriers, and trail surfacing necessary for hiking, jogging, bicycling, and equestrian use, and acquisition of a .53 parcel connecting to a major arterial road at the southern terminus.

What is the WWRP?

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
