Tiger Mountain Ph. 3

This project is the last phase of development under the 1990 Tiger Mountain State Forest Recreation Plan. A trailhead, parking rest stop, five miles of trail, and one mile of barrier-free interpretive trail are provided. Part of a cooperative initiative for the Issaquah Alps by the City of Issaquah, King County, State Parks, and DNR, the trails will provide educational opportunities, backcountry experiences, and provide final links in the forest's trail system, serving hiking, equestrian, and mountain bicycling users.
Location
Within the triangle formed by I-90, Highway 18, and the Hobart-Issaquah Road--part of the Mountains to Sound Greenway. 15 mile is behind locked gate to the left past newly develop trailhead and parking lot atTiger Mountain summit trailhead off hyway18. Paw Print is to right behind locked gate right at Summit.

What is the WWRP?
The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
