This acquisition of 7 acres to an existing 2.6 acre neighborhood park site located in a heavily developed residential area about one mile north of Vancouver. The project site is currently undeveloped. Future improvements will include picnic tables and shelter, pedestrian/bike trails, children's play equipment, and an open play meadow.

Beginning at the intersection of Fourth Plain Boulevard and NE 117th Avenue (SR503), drive north approximately 1 mile to NE 96th Street. Turn left on NE 96th and drive 3 blocks to NE 114th Avenue. Project site is the heavily forested area at the end of 114th.

What is the WWRP?

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
