This grant supports part of a new 230-acre park being developed north of SeaTac Airport. Through joint cooperation among the Port of Seattle, King County Parks, and the City of SeaTac, nearly $8.2 million will complete development over several phases. Phase 1 construction is for youth athletic fields, restroom, parking, and associated improvements.

Southeast corner of Des Moines Way and 128th, SeaTac, WA. Ballfield entrance is on 128th at 20th Avenue South.

What is the WWRP?
The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
