Development of facilities which enhance public use of state-owned tidelands, streams, and other shorefish opportunities. Improvements include: fishing floats, sanitary facilities, roads, parking, and small boat access. These improvements enhance opportunities for shellfish harvesting, salmon, smelt and other game fishing. Sites include: Dash Point, Elliot and Oakland Bays; Skagit, Cowlitz and Lewis Rivers; and sites near Port Townsend and La Conner.

What is the WWRP?
The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
