This development project in San Juan County builds much needed tennis courts on two plus acres of land for community, school and visitor use. Dedicated land will be graded from its present use as a livestock grazing field to tennis courts. A high level of public interest and input included two school committees, open to the public and including members of the community, which selected the site.

From the Lopez Island Ferry Landing, travel south on Ferry Road. At ""Y"", take left onto Center Road. Tennis Courts will be on the east just past School Road.

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
