Construction of approximately four miles of paved bike/pedestrian trail along the E. Wenatchee side of the Columbia River. Development includes trail, parking, restrooms, drinking fountains, trash receptacles, bridges, viewpoints, and signing. Part of the popular Apple Capital Recreation Loop Trail.

East Wenatchee From the Sunset Highway (SR 28), turn west on 19th or 27th to two of the several pathway trailheads.

What is the WWRP?

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
