Renovation and development of Camp Kennydell on Black Lake, acquired from the Girl Scouts in 1988. Elements of this project include parking, renovation of existing building and utilities, construction of a swim beach, floating docks, accessible fishing dock, nature trails, and open play area.
Location
Camp Kenneydell is located on the eastern shore of Black Lake which is located about 5 miles SW of downtown Olympia. Access to the site is from Black Lake Blvd. and Black Lake - Belmore Road.

What is the WWRP?
The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
