Governor Inslee's budget included $75.5 million for parks and wildlife in the WWRP grant program. With dozens of community projects still unfunded and the Senate set to release a budget any day now, the Coalition is working overtime to make sure that the places you care about are protected. |

People across the state are celebrating as President Obama just signed a proclamation protecting nearly 1,000 acres in the San Juan Islands as a National Monument. It wouldn't have been possible without the Land and Water Conservation Fund.

Survey says: Hunters strongly support protecting public lands |

Hunters understand the importance of public lands and support their strong protection -- a full 21% higher than the general population! A vast majority also worry that recreation opportunities are being lost for future generations.
