Wild Horse Wind and Solar Facility Tour

This auction package features a private tour for six people of Puget Sound Energy’s Wild Horse Wind and Solar Facility located on the foothills of the Cascade Mountains near Ellensburg, Washington.  The tour package includes a catered lunch at the Wild Horse Renewable Energy Visitor Center, and three bottles of Wild Horse wine from the Wild Horse Winery & Vineyards on California's Central Coast.  The Wild Horse Wind Facility is Puget Sound Energy's largest wind farm, consisting of 149 wind turbines that generate 273 megawatts of electrical power.  The Wild Horse solar array is the largest utility-scale solar demonstration project in the Pacific Northwest and provides for much of the facility’s on-site energy needs.
